MOSCOW, May 29 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russian integrated steel producer Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) have recommended paying no final dividends for 2022, the company said in a statement on Monday.
Viktor Rashnikov, chairman of the board of directors, is the core shareholder of MMK, and the free-float is 20.24%.
